Propane or natural gas are great, but they can lack in the flavor department. Charcoal can give you extra flavor, but it is messy and takes so long. Our Louisiana Grills give you the convenience of a propane grill, but with the flavor of charcoal or wood fire grill. Simply load the hopper on the side of the grill with wood pellets, flip the power switch on the electric control panel, set your desired temperature, and press start. The system features an auto-igniter, eliminating the need for starting fluid and a lighter/matches. Once the grill/smoker is started it automatically feeds the pellets to the grill.
